Our cold water soaking tub is kept precisely cooled without ice so that you don’t get any variation in temperature. We recommend you stay in for up to 10 minutes, however, if you are not accustomed to soaking in cold water, limit your sessions to 6-8 minutes and build up to longer periods of time.
