I was originally from outside Philadelphia but have lived in the Arlington area for about 2 years. I’ve been a competitive runner for 17 years, from my time in Philadelphia CYO to running at Loyola University Maryland as a NCAA Division I athlete. I used to prefer shorter races like the 400, 800, and mile, but now enjoy challenging myself with longer distances like the 10K and half marathon (especially if it’s a Disney race). There might even be a marathon in my future! My favorite part of being a runner is the community that it brings– many of my good friends have been teammates or competitors! When I am not running or at FRC, I am probably trying out a new local Arlington restaurant or watching a Marvel movie.

Fun fact: I met Olympic gold medalist Sanya Richards-Ross at a track meet– she signed my phone case!
