TRAINING PROGRAMS & PERSONAL COACHING

GROUP TRAINING PROGRAMS

Marathon (14 Weeks)

Are you training for your first marathon, trying to hit a PR or looking for a training program that meets your individual needs and fitness level? FRC’s fall marathon training program will ensure you are prepared to crush those 26.2 Miles and conquer your goals! Our 14-week training program will be led by Coach Danielle Hirt. So far she has completed 12 marathons, 25+ half marathons and countless 5K’s & 10K’s, but who’s counting! Danielle is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & RRCA Certified Running Coach and has coached hundreds of athletes through their first 5K, half marathon and marathon.

FRC’s training program will commence July 19th and will prepare you for the Marine Corps Marathon on October 25th. Please also reach out if you are training for another fall marathon (NYC, Chicago, the Boston Virtual Marathon, etc.) and we will adjust the program accordingly to get you ready to crush it!

The All-In

In-Person + 14 Credits

Program Cost:

  • Sign-up by July 1st: $449 (approx. $32 a week)
  • Sign-up July 2nd and Afterwards: $499 (approx. $36 a week)

Program Details:

  • Individualized Training Program
  • 14 Credits to Use in the Facility; Expires After 14 Weeks
  • 28 Outdoor Runs (2 per week)
  • Email Contact with Coach
  • Includes Use of the Facility (Lockers, Bathrooms, Pit Stop, etc.) for all Group Runs

The Long Run

In-Person Without Credits

Program Cost: 

  • Sign-up by July 1st:  $225 (approx. $16 a week)
  • Sign-up July 2nd and Afterwards:  $249 (approx. $18 a week)

Program Details:

  • Individualized Training Program
  • 28 Outdoor Runs (2 per week)
  • Email Contact with Coach
  • Includes Use of the Facility (Lockers, Bathrooms, Pit Stop, etc.) for all Group Runs

100% Virtual

 

Program Cost:

  • Sign-up by July 1st: $129 (approx. $9 a week)
  • Sign-up July 2nd and Afterwards: $149 (approx. $11 a week)

*Your safety is our top priority and therefore FRC’s cleaning, safety and distancing protocols (as applicable) will apply to all in-person services offered as a part of FRC’s Marathon Training Program and the program will be designed and adapted to comply with the Northern Virginia Phase-In Guidelines then in effect.

OTHER PROGRAMS

Individual Training Programs

Each race is different and every runner has his/her own unique needs and challenges. Our training program coach can work with you to customize a training program to fit you and your formula. These programs will gear you for success by being personalized, holding you accountable and of course being fun. There are three levels of programs available (Basic, Advanced and Ultimate) that are designed to help you find the structure that best meets your needs. In all programs you will receive a training program built specifically for you and tailored to your goals. In the Basic program you also receive phone/email access to our coach once a week but will not have access to FRC’s facility and amenities. In the Advanced program you will receive phone/email access once a week to our coach, you will have the ability to come into FRC’s facility and utilize its amenities and you will also receive FRC member discounts. The Ultimate package provides you with all of the benefits of the Advanced package and gives you unlimited phone/email access to our coach. Personal Coaching

Personal coaching sessions provide an opportunity for you to meet one-on-one for a 60 minute session with a member of our coaching staff to help you find the formula that’s right for you. Our coaches will help you identify your strengths and areas of improvement, set goals and develop a training program that’s personalized to meet your needs. They’ll work with you every step of the way to maximize your performance and crush your goals.
